One of the essential foundations of an Interim Minister’s work is to facilitate initial conversations with members and friends in the congregation.  In keeping with the importance of the congregation being in conversation with each other throughout this transition time, Rev. Doug is doing small group interviews. You will be invited to share some of your thoughts about what works, what is a challenge and what is essential about UUCV with other congregants
