How to talk (and listen) through conflict. The Beloved Community Working Group is holding a series of small-group discussions for congregants to practice conflict mediation awareness and skills. At the center are shared readings from Terasa Cooley’s Transforming Conflict: The Blessings of Congregational Turmoil. These discussions have practical applications at home and work, and help to lay the groundwork for our transitional years to hiring a new minister. If you currently have a copy of the book on loan from the UUCV library, please turn it in so it can be used for the discussions.
