The Ministry Collaboration Team is the heart of our beloved community. Members of this team oversee our activities in pursuit of its mission. If the mission is a tree, the team is the trunk. Three large branches represent three parts of our mission: deepen our spiritual experience, grow beloved community, and act on our values in the wider world. They help ensure that we offer quality programs of the church and facilitate the development of new programs, all in service to the mission. They help create and sustain congregational leadership through mutual support and communication. The MCT promotes open communication, transparency, and cooperation.
