Meditations on Love, Wisdom, and Healing

Please feel welcomed to join our small community for twice weekly guided meditation and discussion on a variety of spiritual topics. In this group we explore beginner friendly meditation topics drawing from a variety of spiritual traditions, without dogma or sectarianism. Most meditations include chanting and singing mantras and a lively group discussion afterwards.

We come together to explore, discover, and affirm what is of deepest worth in life. Though we avoid imposing fixed answers to the eternal questions, we do address ourselves to them, and we apply our tentative answers in daily life. All are invited to attend worship services streaming online and in-person.

Gathering of congregants who identify as BIPOC. Grow through meaningful shared exploration of being Black, Indigenous or a Person of Color in a white nation, and supporting each other by: recognizing the oppression that exists in our society, mitigating those effects, and striving to equalize power imbalances.
