We call them “AFGO”s and honestly, the F rarely stands for Fabulous, but life throws them at us, and we do grow from them.
What does what just happened tell us about ourselves? Though we don’t know the outcome of the election at this writing, in either case, we’ll need to process it.
Change can be scary, but it can also be positive. While forces in our society seek to exploit our fear of change, we can also work to be agents of positive change in the world around us.
